Georgia Hemp Company Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. Wholesale Eligibility

To access our wholesale platform, you must be a legally registered business purchasing for resale purposes. All accounts are subject to approval by Georgia Hemp Company.

2. Required Documentation

All wholesale customers located in Georgia must:

  • Possess and maintain a current Georgia Hemp Resale License.

  • Provide a valid Georgia Wholesale Certificate during account registration and upon renewal.

Failure to maintain current documentation may result in suspension or termination of your wholesale account. Georgia Hemp Company is not liable for any violations of state requirements. We reserve the right to request updated documents at any time and may place accounts on hold until compliance is verified.

3. Minimum Order Requirements

  • The minimum order amount is $250.

  • Orders below $500 may be subject to administrative fees (see Section 6).

4. Volume Discount Tiers

We offer tiered discounts based on cart subtotal (pre-tax/shipping):

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping on all orders over $500.

  • Free local delivery is available within 10 miles of Sandy Springs, GA on orders over $500.

  • Orders are processed in 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Georgia Hemp Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather events.

6. Administrative Fee

Orders under $500 may incur a 10% administrative fee, unless they qualify for free shipping.

7. Payment Terms

  • All orders under $900 require full payment at checkout.

  • Invoicing is only available for orders of $900 or more.

  • Customers requesting invoicing must either:

    • Be pre-approved for Net 30 terms, or

    • Pay in full before fulfillment if terms are not already established.

Orders placed via invoice without terms approval will be held until payment is received. Net 30 terms are available upon request for established wholesale customers following credit evaluation.

8. Returns and Claims

All sales are final. Only defective or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement. Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt and include supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

9. Resale Policy

  • Products must be sold in their original packaging and unaltered condition.

  • Resale on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) is prohibited without prior written approval.

  • Authorized branding, photos, and materials must comply with GHC’s marketing guidelines.

10. Legal Compliance

All Georgia Hemp Company products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC. It is your responsibility to ensure that resale and distribution of hemp-derived products complies with local, state, and federal laws. GHC assumes no liability for non-compliant activity by wholesale customers.

11. Policy Revisions

Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the wholesale portal constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
